Irania Pineda

My name is Irania and I was born in Mexico but I moved to Vegas when I was just 5 years old. I've been a licensed hairstylist for 6 years now. Doing hair behind the chair brings me so much joy, alongside my beautiful family who makes my heart sing. On my days off you could catch me spending quality time with my family watching my daughter grow. My daughter is my whole heart, we have the best moments together. I'm also a huge fan of DIY projects, there's something so satisfying about creating something with your own two hands, which brings me back to my passion for hair. Im thrilled to get to know new faces behind the chair and can’t wait for our first appointment together

Joanna Martinez

Hi! I’m Joanna, most of my friends call me Jojo or Jo. I’m 21 and born and raised right here in Las Vegas. I went to beauty school in my hometown, where I discovered my passion for hair. To me, it’s not just about shears and coloring — it’s about creativity, technique, and turning each style into a work of art.

Since March 2024, I’ve been hands-on in the industry and feel so lucky to be in a space full of support, inspiration, and shared creativity.

When I’m not behind the chair, you can probably find me with my mini schnauzer, Rosco (he’s basically my whole world), grabbing pad Thai, hitting the gym, playing volleyball, planning my next trip, or spending time with my amazing family.

I’m so excited to meet everyone who ends up in my chair — let’s bring your dream hair to life!

Teagan Carranza

Teagan is a Las Vegas-based hairstylist. Born and raised in Canada, she has now lived in Vegas for 8 years. Teagan loves doing bright blondes and lived-in balayages. Certified in all five Bellami Extension methods, she is passionate about creating beautiful dimensional hair using both extensions and color. She enjoys chatting and connecting with each client, ensuring everyone leaves her chair feeling like their most confident self.

When she’s not at the salon, Teagan enjoys spending time with her baby boy, husband, friends, and family. On her days off, you can find her hiking, running, or shopping.

Hi! My name is Sydnee Loritz and I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I went to cosmetology right out of high school and once I graduated from that, I assisted another stylist for about a year. I have been on my own now for about 5/6 years. I’ve always known i wanted to do hair as I was surrounded by family that did and I loved the atmosphere of it all. I specialize most in lived in colors and extensions. When im not in the salon I am chasing around a 1 year old and spending my time with family and friends. I’m so fortunate to have a career that’s not only so fun but that I can make other women feel confident and beautiful.

Margie Pena

Margie Peña is a bilingual Nicaraguan-American and proud Las Vegas native with over 10 years of experience in the hair industry. She brings a chill, welcoming energy to every appointment making clients feel instantly comfortable and confident in the chair.

Margie specializes in lived-in color, layered haircuts, braiding, curls, and event styling, with a strong focus on dark hair and texture-friendly techniques. Her signature blowouts and eye for detail help create styles that are both effortless and elevated.

Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or something bold and new, Margie’s approach is all about making your hair feel like you—only better.

Izzy Dickinson

My name is Izzy, born in the Philippines and raised in Las Vegas since I was 5 years old. After years in a different career path, I discovered my true passion which is doing hair and helping people feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. That feeling when someone sees themselves and feels seen, that’s what I live for.

I’m currently an assistant, soaking up everything I can about the craft and the industry. I believe in constantly learning, growing, and pouring love into every head of hair I touch.

Outside the salon, I’m supported by my amazing husband and our two sweet dogs who make our house feel like home. Whether you’re coming in for a big transformation or a little self-care moment, I can’t wait to meet you!

Savanah Ibanez

I’m a Las Vegas local born and raised with 12 years behind the chair, and I put my heart and soul into my craft. I truly enjoy doing any and all hair, but blondes and red heads have my heart, and I love to slay a start to finish extension transformation. I am a December Capricorn, I love iced matcha teas, and my favorite color is yellow. When I’m not in the salon, I spend all my free time with my husband and 2 sons camping, spending time outdoors, and getting out of the Vegas heat as much as possible. Iliana is a dedicated hairstylist based in Las Vegas, specializing in lived-in blondes and color corrections. As a wife and mother of three, Iliana is deeply family-oriented and takes pride in nurturing both her loved ones and her plants, thanks to her green thumb. When she's not behind the chair helping her clients feel their best, Iliana enjoys reconnecting with her roots by visiting her hometown in Mexico, where she embraces the traditions and simplicity of her "rancho" upbringing.

Danica Bautista

Danica is a Las Vegas based hairstylist. Her goal is to empower women to feel their authentic selves by giving them the hair they've always wanted. Danica loves to customize each client's experience behind the chair, so if that's a lived-in balayage, luxury extensions, or the vivid hair of your dreams, she is here for it. Outside of the salon Danica is a lover of all things art, reading, and nature. On her off days you can find her with a paintbrush in hand, reading cozily in bed, or hiking through our desert landscape with her husband and fur child.

Keshia Nicole Paulo, a hairstyling veteran of 16 years, brings expertise in balayages and bridal hairstyling. As a mother of three and one of five sisters, family holds a special place in her heart. A self-proclaimed foodie, Keshia enjoys exploring new restaurants, with Japanese cuisine topping her favorites. Whether it’s brunch or happy hour, she cherishes moments spent with her girls.

Stephanie Sparks

Stephanie, the Blonde Specialist: Committed to perfecting your hair with color corrections, lived-in color, and all things blonde.
